At Coaching with Basma, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund for a paid coaching session. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients may cancel a scheduled coaching session up to 24 hours before the session start time without incurring any fees.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.

  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

      • Technical issues preventing the delivery of the coaching session from our end.

      • Inability to provide the agreed-upon coaching services due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

    • Refunds are not typically provided for dissatisfaction with coaching content or outcomes, as coaching is a collaborative process and results may vary.

  3. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us via email at [coachingwithbasma@gmail.com] within 7 days of the affected coaching session.

    • Include your name, contact information, session date, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request and will be issued via the original method of payment.

  4. Exceptions:

    • We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
